About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence - G8 at Fort Eisenhower, Georiga.
Duties
Receives, analyzes, breaks down and recommends distribution of military and civilian space allocations along with other team members.
Develops and coordinates objectives, plans and procedures to effectively aid in the allocation and management of command resources.
Analyzes and evaluates available systems and data in the development of all studies used to improve business and management practices for application to organization programs or operations.
Develops and coordinates resource estimates to support the CCOE and Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) POM submission.
Assists in the management of the overall support agreement program. As a Support Agreements Manager (SAM) for Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE),
Administers the CCoE Risk Management and Internal Controls (RMIC).
Composes a multiplicity of technical and specialized documents, e.g., service agreements, nomination packets, suggestion evaluations, memorandums of agreement and memorandum of understanding (MOA/MOU's)
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
- Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- TDY requirement 5%

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one-year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by (1) analyzing policies and procedures related to Risk Management and Internal Controls (RMIC) to determine impact of programs. (2) developing organization level policy and guidance for varying programs execution for future funding requirements, (3) develops resource estimates that support command submission with regards to Support Agreements functions and documentation.
