Duties
You will for plan, monitor, and document PEO Digital support contracts’ vendor performance in accordance with the requirements, terms, and conditions of awarded contracts.
You will collaborate with the Procurement Center of Excellence Contract Innovation and Management Leads to improve contracting support and procurement planning activities to portfolios and contracting needs to improve procurement.
You will Provide support to Procuring Contract Officers, Contracts Specialists, and supported Office Directors and Portfolio Managers by providing daily oversight and management of assigned contracts as a Contracting Office Representative (COR).
You will Monitor and document contractor’s performance in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions of the contract and approved schedule.
You will Provide administrative guidance and policy interpretation for pre-invoicing / invoice processes.
You will provide support to Procuring Contract Officers, Contracts Specialists, and supported Office Directors and Portfolio Managers by providing daily oversight and management of assigned contracts as a Contracting Office Representative (COR).
You will coordinate development of Task Orders, Technical Direction Letters, Performance Work Statements and other procurement artifacts.
You will manage Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), to include the review/routing of CDRL deliveries and appropriate adjudication.
You will perform as a liaison with the vendor, portfolio and other PEO offices, and the PCO for day-to-day issues requiring resolution and reconciliation.
You will support the Procurement Center of Excellence contract efforts through the performance of Contractor Officer's Representative (COR) functions as assigned.
Requirements

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Generally, current Federal employees applying to APS jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. All qualifications and pay band requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement and documented in your resume.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position requires a TOP SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TOP SECRET-SCI.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Administrative and Management experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, monitoring, and documenting PEO Digital support contracts' vendor performance in accordance with the requirements, terms, and conditions of awarded contracts, working with Procuring Contract Officers, Contracts Specialists, and supported Office Directors and Portfolio Managers via reports.
