About the Position: Performs Talent Management duties aimed at identifying workforce development and training requirements, trends, problem areas,deficiencies, imbalances, or other similar factors in order to develop short and long-term processes and programs.
Duties
Writes Talent Management guidance, memorandums, and briefs which are used to ensure that the workforce has the most updated information available to assist with their career development and training
Develops and coordinates Talent Management programs to attract, develop and retain a highly skilled workforce
Evaluates the costs of various programs and projects and prepares a justification for proposed expenditures to determine best course of action for highest return on investment
Assists Senior Analysts and Leaders with evaluating Talent Management needs to determine which recruitment, outreach, and workforce development and training efforts to invest in

This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-03 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS-12 grade Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS-13 grade step 05 in the broadband. This position is covered by control points to account for variances in position responsibilities within the broadband. The Control Point for this position NH-03 Management Analyst (Talent Management) is $99,200 to $133,692 including locality at the rate of 33.26%. Management will set the selectee's pay for this position within the control point salary range consistent with the qualifications and education of the selectee and the expected contribution for the position.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Developing and coordinating Talent Management programs such as: developing and executing workforce development and training plans, facilitating leadership training events, and coordination of organic and vendor training programs and sessions; and 2) Assisting Leadership with evaluating Talent Management needs to determine best workforce development and training to invest in; and 3) Writing and publishing Talent Management guidance, memorandums, and briefs.
