Duties
Serves as Deputy who reports directly to the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) Program Manager, exercising full secondary general management over the assigned organization and its functions.
Responsible for providing corporate information technology (IT) related acquisition program management of the assigned portfolio to include management and oversight of major Automated Information Management Systems (AIS) and other designated systems.
Provides overall direction and guidance for the development, acquisition, testing, systems integration, product improvement, and fielding of assigned IT programs.
Ensures program management oversight for enterprise architecture, emerging systems, and contemporary systems development and enhancements of current systems to include portfolio management control and evaluation activities.
Accountable and responsible for overall program oversight on life cycle management activities for systems required to support.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Program Manager (Information Operations), your qualifications must include:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to theGS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Provides disciplined project management, systems development management and systems maintenance support for initiatives and automated information systems, to include assigned acquisition systems programs, sustainment systems, and systems.
Exercises sound management principles to create a life cycle management of assigned programs and projects within the organization as well as expert knowledge of current and emerging AIS capabilities.
Provides resource requirements and future focus for the Program Manager by implementing objectives, policies, and procedures relating to assigned programs and projects.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
