About the Position: Serves as the Chief, Administrative/ Resource Management for JRTC Operations Group, Fort Johnson, LA performing a variety of duties relating to management of administrative and resource management programs for Operations Group
Duties
Serve as the Chief of administrative and resource functions for the Operations Group.
Manage, all Operations Group ceremonies, to include Change of Command, Change of Responsibility and other group ceremonies.
Maintain pertinent employee information in order to keep the Chief of Staff informed on matters such as retirements, resignations, adverse actions, reassignments, vacancies, etc.
Serve as the primary official time and attendance manager for the Operations Group Staff and all subordinate organizations.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) of 15% of the time.
- The incumbent must possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License.

Specialized Experience:I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes : performing administrative functions in the areas of support services, awards, civilian personnel, manpower, document/reports control, logistics, etc.; analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of administrative programs; and providing staff advice, assistance, and consultation in response to a wide variety of administrative procedures, protocol, budget and other mission related issues.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
