You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAINING AND EDUCATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.

Duties

You will serve as the Deputy Section Head for the Command Element (CE), Ground Combat Standards Branch (GSB) located in the Policy and Standards Division (PSD), Training and Education Command (TECOM). You will perform a full range of operational, training, curriculum, and administrative duties and responsibilities, while serving as the senior training specialist within the Command Element Section. You will support the execution of the Ground Training and Readiness Program; specifically, the training and readiness review process, and quality control for assigned programs of instruction (POIs). You will leads staff in integrating actions to support the development, review, validation and sustainment of training standards, training programs, and training resources.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading staff in integrating actions; measuring performance against established goals; AND exercise final authority for the full range of personnel actions and organizational design proposals recommended by subordinates..
