Duties
Assign task to be performed.
Investigate work related problems (e.g., low productivity) to identify causes.
Ensure that personnel are properly trained in and observe/follow all aspects of hazardous material/waste management.
Maintain production reports and records.

Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of an Machinist Supervisor without more than normal supervision. I have the ability to perform common Machinist Supervisor duties. I can perform machining work that requires the use of special adaptation or extension of the use of conventional machine tools or the use of non-conventional machine tools to affect the fabrication, repair or modification of parts, fixtures, and assemblies used in the maintenance of repair mission. I provide general instructions, standard procedures, overall priorities and policies to subordinates. I ensure that subordinates are adequately informed of their responsibilities and are properly trained.
