Duties
In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery.
Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc. Provide instruction to various in Arts and Crafts Classes.
Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions.
May provide work guidance to other staff. Create and execute Arts and Crafts classes. Assist with Arts and Crafts daily duties. Check out customers on POS system.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Must be able to work during the hours of operations to include nights, weekends and holidays with no set shifts.
Qualifications
Qualification Requirements are:
Work experience which involved dealing with the general public.
Highly Qualified candidates will have the following:
Background in multiple forms of Art- such as canvas painting, crafting, sewing and needlework, multimedia art, etc.
Ability to lead and instruct in arts & craft classes.
