This position is located in the IMCOM G9 Banking, Investment, and Central Insurance Fund office.
Duties
The Operations Officer is responsible for performing operational support duties of the Army Banking and Investment Fund (ABIF) and the Army Central Insurance Fund (ACIF).
Manages Army NAF Non Tactical Vehicle (NTV) Fleet program worldwide, and ensures timely and accurate required reporting such as FAST, CAM, VAM/VURB (Vehicle Allocation Methodology/Vehicle Utilization Review Board). Oversees NAF vehicles registration and license plate distribution and reporting.
Serves as Contracting Officers' Representative (COR), coordinates successful implementation of assigned contracts. Maintains all Banking, Investments, and Insurance systems on the Army Portfolio Management System and all other required systems for reporting.
Verifies and reimburses the unemployment compensation claims. Assists in special projects and tasks for the ABIF and ACIF as directed.
Assumes responsibility for various office functions in the absence of staff members or in overload situations.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position.
Experience using computer terminal operations; word processing, spreadsheet and specialty software programs. Knowledge of the basic principles, concepts and methodologies required to perform various analytical techniques. Possess mathematical skills.

Experience in commercial banking, corporate cash management, or risk management.
Ability to analyze and prepare reports.
Ability to plan and organize work, and knowledge of the basic principles, concepts and methodologies required to perform various analytical techniques.
