About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the Network Enterprise Center in Fort Riley, KS.
Duties
Serve as the Network Enterprise Center-Fort Riley, Service Level Agreement Coordinator, Capabilities Requirements Manager, and Major Commercial Account/Sustainment Restoration and Modernization Project Coordinator.
Ensure Service Level Agreements are in line with current Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management Baseline and Above Baseline services lists.
Develop, review, analyze, coordinate, and provide advice to management concerning supplier or receiver support requests for NEC-Fort Riley.
Provide assistance and information during meetings regarding Service Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Memorandums of Agreement/Understanding for the NEC.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
- Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) is required approximately 10% of the time. Travel may be required to attend training, conferences, and other mission requirements.
- Required to possess a valid state driver's license to operate a passenger vehicle for operating government vehicles.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one-year specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by preparing support agreements for services, equipment, materials, costs to ensure regulations, local receiver and provider requirements are met; utilizing computer/web-based programs (i.e. General Fund Enterprise Business System and Acquisition Requirements Tracking System 2.0) to monitor fund obligations, consolidate data, provide reports, reconcile/reprogram obligations; coordinating with operating officials to gather information and define requirements to prepare Support/Service Level agreements, Memorandums of Understanding/Agreement that achieve organization objectives; and utilizing Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management Baseline and Above Baseline services lists to prepare Service Level Agreements.

Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Business Administration, Business Management or Business-related field.

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
