You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Regional Operations, Plans & Policy Branch, Training, Exercise, and Employment Plan Section of MARFORRES NOLA.

Duties

You will build and maintain the annual Training, Exercise, and Employment Plan (TEEP) Database. You will monitor fund expenditures and develop financial reports as required. You will authorize commercial ticket program travel funds in the Defense Travel System. You will authorize waivers for extended Annual Training Orders. You will identify and report technical problems to assist program developers in resolving database issues. You will format and generate financial reports as required or directed.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing financial reports; 2) Authorizing travel funds; 3) Building and maintaining a database; and 4) Utilizing software applications to develop forms/templates, spreadsheets, and/or presentations. Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
