The selectee for this position will serve as the Energy Resilience Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) Analyst in the Planning, Design and Construction Directorate of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Headquarters.

Duties

You will provide expertise and consultation on energy efficiency and renewable energy products and services. You will manage data and obtain key information to support cost modeling tracking the progress for new or established programs. You will assist with strategic planning, oversight and management of the conception, development and execution of energy efficiencies and renewable energy projects. You will implement standard business processes and practices.

• This position may require occasional travel from normal duty station. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) providing expertise and consultation on energy efficiency and renewable energy products and services; 2) managing data and obtaining key information to support cost modeling and tracking progress for new or established programs; 3) implementing standard business processes and practices; and 4) assisting with strategic planning oversight and management of the conception, development and execution of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.
