You will serve as a Human Resources Assistant (Military) in the Administrative Support Office (PERS-91S), Personnel Management Department (PERS-9), of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND RESERVE.
Duties
You will assist with gathering and validating data and information and processing documents.
You will monitor and ensure reports, correspondence and other administrative action items are submitted and progresses through the required review process.
You will prepare and/or assist in the preparation of fitness reports and or performance evaluation reports for military officers, enlisted personnel and civilian employees.
You will oversee the travel arrangements for department personnel.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provide direct administrative support to front office and departments; 2) Prioritize task and workload to meet deadlines and objectives; 3) Prepare professional correspondence for command to review and release; 4) Analyze information or facts to resolve problems; and 5) Utilize computer systems and software to update personnel data and records.
