You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FLT COMPTROLLER, FINANCIAL MGMT DIVISION of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.
Duties
You will maintain account reference data in various financial management systems.
You will run and monitor reports from Standard Accounting Budgeting Reporting System (SABRS), Program Budget Information Systems (PBIS), and Defense Departmental Reporting System-Budget (DDRS-B).
You will coordinate and monitor the monthly posting of field level journal vouchers and extract end of the month (EOM) financial reports.
You will manage, coordinate, and execute areas of funds activity, including monthly performance metrics, financial reporting, and data analysis.
You will create various financial reports and use these reports to assist with management decisions and to respond to data calls.
Requirements

- This is a Financial Management Level II certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience identifying and analyzing budgetary issues to resolve, formulate and execute budget processes.
Experience evaluating financial and accounting operations data to ensure cost-effective support of programs and policies.
Experience applying financial regulations, policies and procedures to specific financial issues.
Experience utilizing and maintaining automated financial management systems such as Command Financial Management System - Consolidated (CFMS-C), Standard Accounting Budgeting Reporting System (SABRS), Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), and/or Defense Departmental Reporting System - Budget (DDRS-B) to record and track financial data.
