This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Birmingham Disaster Loan Service Center in Birmingham, AL. Serves as a Supervisory Loan Specialist and is responsible for directing and overseeing the loan servicing and liquidation activities performed at the Center.

Qualifications

GS-13: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: In-depth analysis of obligator's financial statements and earning potential of a variety of business enterprises to make recommendations for residential and commercial/business loan applications or servicing/liquidation actions, including a thorough working knowledge of a variety of collateral, business types, loan program and general economic conditions. AND Leading a team or managing an office of loan officers/specialists in business / residential loan programs including but not limited to servicing, collections, and/or loan liquidation.
