Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum one year of experience performing the full range of administrative and leadership practices related to lodging operations.  Skill to process customer complaints, prepare reports, household supplies and equipment.  Knowledge to provide general assistance to other facility personnel.Possess ability to clearly communicate general and specific instructions, both orally and in writing.    Must be able to read and understand directions on product labels and printed instructions.  Knowledgeable in safe working habits, conditions and environment.  Ability to use various industrial-type equipment, to include performing minor maintenance on equipment.
