You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the FUTURE AVIATOR PRODUCTION DIVISION of CNATRA.
Duties
You will assist with aligning processes, resource planning, and department goals with the overall Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) future aviator training strategies.
You will synchronize with all CNATRA staff functions to ensure future plans are appropriately resourced and coordinated.
You will analyze proposed operating programs to evaluate their actual or potential effectiveness in achieving objectives.
You will review proposed curricula for future aviation projects and coordinate with appropriate subject matter experts to determine resource planning and operational impacts to aviator training.
You will prepare internal instructions, operating policies, procedures and guidelines concerning assigned programs and recommend required changes and adjustments to assure proper and adequate accomplishment of program goals and objectives.
You will assist in scheduling and coordinating annual Legacy Flight training, certification of pilots, scheduling of demonstrations through the year, and program execution.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and developing ways to improve the accuracy and validity of data collected by establishing measurable criteria to predict the success of future programs and to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and missions.
