You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Corporate Business & Analysis Group, Program & Business Analysis Dept of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will will prepare briefs for customers and compile various data calls.
You will be responsible for providing financial management of the ARM TPO.
You will will help compile financial data to analyze and illustrate historical trends, present financial summary reports to management and sponsors, which may impact business decisions.
You will be responsible for all business/financial issues using fiscal responsibility along with NAVAIR regulations and policies.
You will be responsible for incoming/outgoing fund documents, managing project structures and coordinating procurement packages.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Identifying, analyzing, and resolving a range of budgetary problems, including developing alternative methods of funding, and formulating budget estimates; 2) Extracting information from Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) and performing data analysis; 3) Demonstrating knowledge of budget development, financial tracking, planning, and analyst; 4) Interpreting budgetary policies, procedures, and regulations.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
