You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY/SPAWAR SYSTEMS COMMAND of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will provide expert technical and programmatic advice, guidance and recommendations to line managers and stakeholders for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations and management.
You will perform staff administrative analytical and evaluative work related to programs operations, and management and organizational efficiency and productivity
You will undertake and complete complex tasks with multiple dependencies independently, mentor's others regularly, and leads others to accomplish complex goals.
You will apply oral and written communication skills to support briefings or presentations to mid-level stakeholders.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
NO-04: One year specialized experience at the NO-03 level which must demonstrate the following: Experience working with Navy Enterprise Resources Planning (Navy ERP), Working Capitol fund (WCF), financial analysis, budget preparation and execution, and/or financial reconciliation.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
NO-05: One-year specialized experience at the NO-04 level which must demonstrate the following: Experience working with Navy Enterprise Resources Planning (Navy ERP), Working Capitol fund (WCF), financial analysis, budget preparation and execution, financial reconciliation, and/or A11 Budget Estimates.
