About the Position: The incumbent is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical functions that adhere to military personnel requirements and policies (e.g., training, leave, pay, performance evaluations, etc.).

Duties

Ensures all Letters of Instruction (LOls), eMILPO data reports, and eMILPO files are accurate and current. Maintains a variety of automated systems and interfaces used to manage customers and required information and taskers. Provides technical guidance to all supported activities concerning transaction processing and system software. Identifies training needs of system users and tailors training to meet those needs. Composes correspondence of a routine and non-technical nature based upon oral briefings, notes, and information using various software and printing equipment on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of up to 5% of the time.
