Duties

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the MANPOWER and PERSONNEL READINESS DIRECTORATE, NAVY INFORMATION DOMINANCE (NAVIDOR) HEADQUARTERS in Millington, TN. You will serve as the command central point of contact for the Total Force Manpower Program and related management and analysis programs and systems. You will coordinate with various stakeholders and commands to ensure that manpower issues are adequately considered and represented during various stages of programming changes. You will advise command detailers and community managers of current and pending changes affecting community health and distribution of military members. You will brief senior management on man power matters to prepare them to participate in higher-level meetings and conferences.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to manpower issues to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of the command's Total Workforce Manpower Program and related management analysis programs and systems. *Experience utilizing analytical techniques to conduct evaluations of total workforce manpower staffing requirements to achieve approved operational and mission objectives. *Experience operating Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS), TFMMS Micro Manpower Change Application (TMMCA) software, Total Workforce Management System (TWMS), Fleet Training, Management and Planning System (FLTMPS), etc. *Experience completing Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) processes and Future Years Defense Plan (FYDP) regarding Manpower end-strength execution, requirements, and authorizations.
