About the Position: This position is located at the Mark Center Building in Alexandria, VA. The Mark Center is the new location for the Washington Headquarters Services of the United States Department of Defense (DoD) and a number of other DoD agencies. The name of the site refers to the "Mark Center" commercial property in which it is located.

Duties

Responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing PERSEC policies, on topics to include suitability/fitness, continuous evaluation, and childcare checks, in compliance with broad established regulations, executive orders, and public Law. Serves as the Division focal point for coordination of applicable policies, procedures, regulation, and laws pertaining to Personnel Security. Assess personnel security/suitability program processes and procedures to measure policy compliance. Develop training guides, user instructions/manual, and customer support documentation. Administer training to PERSEC staff, DoDEA Leadership, and various stakeholders, as applicable. Analyze new or amended PERSEC policies, procedures, practices, reports, orders, etc, and initiates necessary action.

Requirements
