Duties
Analyze changes being made to each scholarship cadet on a continuing basis.
Analyze personnel data being used for all cadets.
Ensure all certifications of tuition reimbursement are made based on substantiating documents from each college/university.
Work with Senior Systems Analyst to identify requirements of system generated reports.
Review all individual payments for proper reimbursement.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- TDY business travel is 10% of the time.
- 1 year probationary period may be required.
- The incumbent of this position is required to obtain and maintain Financial Management Certification Level 2 (FMC-02).

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work of this job. Specialized experience is defined as; work includes monitoring all scholarship tuition payments and recoupment actions and the financial management, administrative pay, and accompanying accounting service for the entitlement and reimbursement program. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).
Education

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related (Transcripts MUST be attached).
