You will serve as a Training Technician in the Military Training Department, Recruit Scheduling Operations Division, Scheduling Branch of RECRUIT TRAINING COMMAND.
Duties
You will develop and publishing a daily training schedule for all recruit divisions.
You will schedule training for enlisted recruit training to include academic, technical and physical fitness training.
You will analyze and evaluate requested changes or special programs and advises supervisor of impact on scheduling recruit training if implemented.
You will Review all tour schedules to ensure active recruit training as needed for the tour visitors.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Plan, create, schedule, maintain multiple training schedules, and meet deadlines; 2) Establish priorities for training when scheduling conflicts arise while considering factors such as training objectives; 3) Provide expertise in recommending training guidelines by which operation decisions are made based on knowledge of priorities and objectives; 4) Skill in effective written and oral communication, including the ability to prepare reports and deliver briefings; and 5) Ability to retrieve, input data, and maintain accurate files using various office software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Have successfully completed one full year of graduate level education.
OR
Have successfully completed a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement.
OR
Have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
