You will serve as a TRAINING TECHNICIAN in the SWESC of SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.
Duties
You will provide a full range of clerical and administrative and customer services including general administration, office automation and clerical support as well as program analyses and compilation of progress reports and statistics.
You will utilize various systems (i.e. BUPERS [Bureau of Naval Personnel] Online [BOL], Navy Standards Integrated Personnel System , Fleet Training Management and Planning System, Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource System, Sales Force).
You will provide technical assistance and counseling to enlisted personnel.
You will assist with or conduct check-in briefs for students.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing systems administration and database management in the field of education and/or training; 2) Verifying accuracy of data and taking appropriate corrective action when data is in error; 3) Inputting data in a various data processing formats; and 4) Applying knowledge of training and/or education, rules, procedures, or operations to perform training and/or education clerical work.
