You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Supply Chain Operations of SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS.

Duties

You will brief senior leaders on the capabilities of student support services. You will monitor deliverables and outputs for consistency and optimization of a supply chain You will use Lean Six Sigma tools and methods for the analysis, assessment, and improvement of management processes or systems. You will report trends in program operations (e.g., performance, production, quality, resource allocation). You will review the effectiveness of enlisted supply chain operations. You will examine problems or operating issues that impact an organization.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Applying pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents that affect the organizations processes and related support resources. 2) Utilizing current policies regarding accession plans, end-strength, community management and distribution; 3) Preparing Scientific methodology and IT application to data presentation and analysis; 4) Analyzing and presenting data in oral and graphical presentation to senior leaders; and 5) Applying IT management process used in manpower, personnel and training to flow students through the accession and initial training process. Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

or

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.M., if related
