Duties

Advise on a variety of management services essential to the direction and efficient operation of the Directorate. Maintain a comprehensive Manpower database to store management information. Notify management of new or revised administrative policies, regulations, and procedures. Responsible for the development and execution of the directorate Administrative Management Program.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance.
  • Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel required 10% of the time.
  • Maybe subject to a one-year probationary period

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and ManagementManages and Organizes InformationOral CommunicationPersonnel and Human Resources Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
