You will serve as a IT SPECIALIST (SYSADMIN) of NAVAL WAR COLLEGE.
Duties
You will develop an information technology (IT) service catalog to define technical services provided (e.g., e-mail, application hosting, data backup and
recovery, or similar services).
You will analyze computer software malfunctions to resolve processing problems
You will evaluate application software malfunctions to resolve physical and logical processing problems
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Administers systems in a complex information technology network environment; 2) Integrates complex multi-tier architecture and authentication solutions; 3) Develops change proposals, design, documentation, modification, testing, installation, implementation and support of application software; and 4) Responds to system failures and troubleshoots,. Your experience must reflect skills in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
