You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Process, Policy, Training and Development Branch within the Chief Logistician Office of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, Port Hueneme Division, Port Hueneme, California.
Duties
You will provide leadership and technical expertise for process, policy, workforce development, strategic and tactical implementation for the Office of Product Support,
You will serve as the Digital Transformation Lead (including Model Based Product Support (MPBS) Change Agent for the command and the lead over the Health Monitoring Group,
You will lead and manage complex problems while addressing scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk management, requirements, integration, testing and training,
You will apply advanced logistics concepts, acquisition principles, and practices of supportability and readiness to the assessment of, and plan formulation for, external DON, programmatic and Fleet drivers,
You will lead all product support digital transformation initiatives at NSWC PHD,
You will collaborate with NSWC PHD Line departments to identify and eliminate barriers hindering the adoption of MPBS Technology,
You will develop clear written reports, deliver formal presentations, and communicate formally with a broad spectrum of military and civilian personnel to provide the basis for successful long term relationships,
You will prepare technical papers and lead investigations to address deficiencies in supportability areas; develop metrics for department programs, and serve as a member of internal and external agency assessments,
You will direct, develop and perform tasks and projects involving planning, coordinating, or evaluating actions required to support specified programs,
You will provide policy interpretation, technical guidance, and quality assessment of 0PS Staff work, directing workload and priorities and identifying where efficiencies can be gained,
You will perform identification and analysis of program support and sustainment activities and their performance metrics to critically evaluate problems and identify the root causes of those problems,
You will assess and select courses of action to balance program limitations with fleet missions.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11 and GS-12 equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing logistics element management or leadership to programs (Model Based Product Support, Health Monitoring, Digital Transformation Initiatives) to determine root causes of problems and choose courses of actions to balance program limitations with fleet missions.
