About the Position: The mission of the Corpus Christi Army Depot is to overhaul, repair, modify, retrofit, test and modernize helicopters, engines and components for all services and foreign military customers. Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) is the Army's Center of Industrial and Technical Excellence for Rotary Wing Aviation Maintenance

Duties

Serves as a Management Analyst for the Budget and Manpower Branch with responsibility for solving a wide array of management problem, within the Depot. Evaluates, analyzes, and reviews organizations and operations depot-wide to assure optimum program efficiency through use of accepted management principles, theories and techniques. Performs a variety of functions related to cost programs in the Budget and Manpower Branch. Using knowledge of accepted techniques, procedures and processes, conducts a variety of methods improvement studies in any area of operation in the overhaul, repair or maintenance of rotary wing aircraft and components. Manages depot programs such as Management Study, Command Management Review and Analysis, Economic Analysis, and Commercial Activities.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I USOGE, 6/08). Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually.
• This is a Financial Management Level 2 certified position designated as such IAW the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012. Incumbent is required to comply with DoD and DOA requirements of this certification program.
• Position may be required to work overtime.
• This position requires a personnel security background check – Tier 2, Non-Sensitive, Moderate Risk (Public Trust) as of 11/01/2016.
