Duties
You will lead the creation and use of acquisition strategies for developing, acquiring, fielding, and supporting MyNavy HR systems and related Services, while following the regulatory and statutory policies (e.g., DoD/DON regulation and policies).
You will provide technical and programmatic leadership in monitoring and evaluating the performance of assigned programs, making
recommendations as appropriate, and reporting program status and progress to the Technical Director.
You will Manage all phases of the acquisition life cycle to define, develop, design, integrate, test and evaluate, and sustain the IT system(s).
You will create and communicate the goals and objectives of the support system for PEO MLB overall objectives and direct creation of documentation required to establish said goals based on requirements of DoD, SECNAV, OPNAV, and NAVWAR.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Administrative and Management experience at or equivalent to the Gs-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing all phases of IT acquisition, developing/supporting MyNavy HR systems, developing goals to support PEO MLB objectives, work with stakeholders and customers to find solutions for IT issues.
