You will serve as a ALCOHOL & DRUG ABUSE INCIDENT PROGRAM MGR of NAVY CULTURE AND FORCE RESILIENCE OFFICE.
Duties
You will prepare materials, presentations, proposals, or reports pertinent to a substance abuse prevention position
You will write a plan to justify departures from established logistics management practices or procedures
You will collaborate with senior leaders to define, integrate, or implement strategic direction for a program

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1)Assist Section Head with managing Drug and Alcohol Deterrence in Drug and Alcohol Systems Section with incident reporting and requirements; 2) Performs reviews of all Alcohol Drug Management Information Tracking System (ADMITS) and Internet Forensic Toxicology Drug Testing Laboratory (IFTDTL) statistics, facility files, staff identification; 3) Provide weekly monthly report with trends, analysis of incidents and recommendations; 4) Prepares and coordinate research and answer queries about the drug and alcohol deterrence policies and programs to remain current of new and emerging legal and legal drugs; and, 5) Research and evaluate existing substance abuse program and policies in military and private sectors to ensure Navy policies and programs remain relevant
