You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Personnel Information Management Department of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.
Duties
You will determine solutions to program issues to facilitate meeting program objectives.
You will identify resources necessary to support varied levels of program operations.
You will formulate strategies for achieving program objectives.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Manages a multi-faceted management and support services organization, capable of meeting all the Department of the Navy's needs for personnel information management; 2) Advises all levels of Senior leadership on the formulation of personnel information policy; 3) Exercises departmental control and management providing administrative support and policy adherence for all statutory and administrative Navy promotion selection boards utilizing Military Personnel Records; 4) Develops all personnel information management POM submissions and manages them through the entire budget life cycle; and 5) Monitors program metrics and evaluates usefulness or applicability of metrics to program effectiveness, efficiency, or value during division director's meetings.
