You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER of NAVY WELLNESS PROGRAM in the NAVY CULTURE AND FORCE RESILIENCE OFFICE.
Duties
You will negotiate with managers to accept and implement recommendations for changes in physical readiness program resource requirements.
You will direct the actions and coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams to achieve physical readiness program goals and milestones.
You will develop physical readiness policy and procedural guidance on optimizing organizational resource utilization.
You will develop briefings for the delivery of physical readiness program information to government leaders and key groups.
You will formulate strategies for achieving physical readiness program objectives.
You will develop alternatives to resolve a physical readiness program problem.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Administering and implementing physical readiness and wellness programs in accordance with Congress and Department of Defense laws, policies and regulations; 2) Managing and evaluating training and educational programs that provide physical readiness and wellness; 3) Developing policies, guidelines, procedures, and budgets to attain program objectives utilizing available resources; and 4) Applying analytical and evaluative methods to assess complex information and prepare informative reports and presentations.
