Duties

Notifies contracting officer and contractor of violations.. Serve as Linen Engagement Officer. Maintain Comprehensive documentation, production reports and records to support all purchases. Recommend payment/non-payment of contractor's assessment of additional charges. Determine Liability for property lost, damaged and destroyed. Review and approve all credit card requests for medical and non-medical supplies.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Incumbent required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450 upon entering the position and annually, in accordance with DoD Directive 55000-7-R, Joint Ethics Regulation, dtd 17 Nov 2011 and attend annual ethics training.
• This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed

They may lift and carry items that weigh up to 8 kilograms (40 pounds). The heavier items are moved with weight handling equipment or with assistance from other workers. WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed inside and outside in areas that may be hot, damp, cold, drafty, or poorly lighted. Employees may be exposed to dust, dirt, grease and solvents and to high noise levels in mechanized work areas. Exposed to possibility of cuts, scrapes and bruises and more serious injuries from falling or dropping items, back strains, forklift operation, etc. Uses provided safety equipment to avoid injuries.
