You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Program Executive Office (PEO) for Aircraft Carriers.
Duties
You will provide overall management, programmatic analysis, and support of Information Technology (IT) systems, equipment, and peripherals.
You will serve as the Program Executive Office (PEO) central point-of-contact for command-wide IT data calls, inform senior leaders, and coordinate responses and reports result to leadership.
You will manage government furnished IT equipment from issuance to return.
You will lead digital strategy initiatives by leading a diverse team across the enterprise in the planning and execution of projects that apply new/existing technology to solve business problems.
You will oversee the contract execution, budgeting, planning, and management of IT services to include software acquisition, development, and maintenance.
You will liaison for IT services from upper echelons and across the DOD and Naval enterprise.
You will provide management, support, and analysis of Flank Speed resources including Share Point Online, Teams, Power Apps, and Microsoft’s suite of office applications.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (GS-13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing management, programmatic analysis, and support for the software acquisition, development, or maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems and equipment to ensure program objectives or requirements are met.
