You will serve as a PROGRAM MANGER in the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.
Duties

You will collaborate with other officials to formulate short-term and long-term program plans for an agency.
You will analyze a program to identify actual or potential problem areas.
You will develop and implement a budget resource program to meet organizational requirements.
You will recommend resources required to accomplish program objectives.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing oversight of a major program by utilizing planning, programming and budgeting regulations, guidelines and processes; 2) Identifying program goals and objectives, and methods of evaluating program accomplishments sufficient to plan, implement, and evaluate programs; 3) Reviewing, verifying, and analyzing data to identify problems; 4) Utilizing written communication to establish and maintain effective relationships with management and other professionals on complex and controversial issues impacting a department.
