You will serve as a BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.
Duties
You will be responsible for preparing and updating monthly workload forecast reports, and provide long-range port loading projections.
You will develop and maintain intermediate and long-range workload forecasts for the entire command.
You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates and prepare schedules for completion of work.
You will provides technical oversight of all divisional functions and subordinates.
You will analyze monthly financial reports and ensure appropriate funding levels are maintained and expenditures are authorized and approved.
You will develop divisional goals consistent with command strategic planning and policy.
You will direct and coordinate the implementation of command and divisional goals through peers and subordinates.
You will review studies and business case analysis to ensure adherence to prescribed policies and standards.
You will perform analysis on historical and current data to provide workload forecasts and schedules.
You will participate in executive level meetings to identify goals and milestones for the division.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating and analyzing program metrics and studies to develop workload forecasts and schedules to ensure efficient resource allocation and optimal manning levels in support of command objectives.
