You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the OFFICE OF THE CHIEF ENGINEER (SP201) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS supporting the SSP UK Polaris Sales Agreement (PSA).

Duties

You will serve as SSP Enterprise lead and subject matter expert for SSP’s Foreign Visit System (FVS) processing and shall serve a role for processing cases assigned to SSP in the USXPORTS system. You will analyze and evaluate the FVS and make recommendations to management for continuous improvement. You will analyze, evaluate, and/or develop procedures and processes related to Foreign Disclosure as required and in response to changes in US and Navy foreign disclosure policies and procedures. You will analyze, evaluate, and develop procedures and processes for FVS. You will be Point of Contact in answering all general foreign national visit issues of a non-PSA nature. You will be the main Point of Contact to both Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic and Strategic Weapons Facility, Pacific on all international security and visit issues. You will conduct continuous liaison with the UK in support of SP201 and the Joint US/UK PSA to conduct analysis and generate solutions for SP201 U.S./UK actions. You will develop, maintain, and implement new or modified policies, guidelines, and procedures for the U.S./UK Joint Program. You will represent SSP at meetings and conferences in the various U.S. and UK meetings to plan and/or develop policy positions in connection with the Joint U.S./UK program.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-2 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing advice and implementing policy as a foreign visit program manager.
