You will serve as a CRANE ACCIDENT PREVENTION SUPERVISOR/PROGRAM ANALSYST SUPERVISOR in the Lifting and Handling Dept. (TRF-200) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
Duties
You will plan, oversee, coordinate and supervise the work efforts of employees.
You will supervise the efficient use of resources to gather, assess, and analyze data, document, and identify trends.
You will represent the Crane and Rigging Operations Accident Prevention at various meetings pertaining to the program assessment and support function.
You will negotiate and coordinate issues pertaining to the Crane Accident Prevention Program.
You will survey contractor crane and lifting performance at the TRIREFFAC-KB
You will be responsible in carrying out the functional and personnel management responsibilities by planning for, coordinating and directing the day-to-day work efforts of the personnel assigned to the Accident Prevention Team.
You will need to have strong keyboard skills required for input, editing, retrieval, and processing of data matters and a multitude of Department of the Navy official personnel on-line processing systems.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience can be defined as:
Experience with crane operation, inspections, quality assurance, concepts, practices and technical authority and supervisor of the programs administered.
Experience with rigging and equipment processes in order to provide competent oversight and direction to team members.
Experience with data gathering, assessment and analysis principles and techniques.
Experience with crane and rigging mishap investigation reports.
