You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in COMPACFLT HRO NORTHWEST.
Duties
You will be the primary action officer for planning, coordinating and ensuring execution of the delivery of services in the following administrative areas: 70% computer security services, updates and access; 30% supply, space and records management.
You will ensure that work is prioritized and executed according to regulations and appropriate operating procedures.
You will develop processes and metrics to effectively and efficiently support Human Resources Office Northwest (HRO-NW).
You will independently accomplish duties and recommend solutions to ongoing problems with administrative services.
You will conduct reviews and audits as required and necessary in program areas.
You will provide responsible customer service to HRO-NW Division Heads and their staffs as appropriate and according to any established protocols.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
FOR GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing data to develop procedural solutions and meet deadlines; maintaining and administering procurement management activities; providing administrative support services in areas such as space management, records management and communication services, office automation, information management and communications hardware and software; coordinating facility maintenance and/or repair activities for workspaces.
FOR GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: maintaining and administering a variety of procurement activities; making purchases of supplies, equipment, and services using agency/office credit cards and other payment methods; providing administrative support services in areas such as space management, records management and communication services, office automation, information management and communications hardware and software; coordinating facility maintenance and/or repair activities for workspaces.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For GS-11:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
Possession of an LL.M. that is related to this position being filled.
