About the Position: The position is located at the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE), Ft. Benning, Georgia 31905. The "Maneuver Center of Excellence" is located 100 miles south of Atlanta and is adjacent to Columbus, Georgia and Phenix City, Alabama. The geography and climate are ideal for year round military training. Public transportation and free parking is available.

Duties

Prepare awards for all outgoing personnel to ensure they are submitted and received prior to departure. Review military personnel records to ensure completeness and accuracy of record, resolve conflicting information or obtain missing data. Update information on the Enlisted Record Briefs/Officer Record Briefs for items such as; awards, assignment history, physical fitness test, weapons qualification, military education and schools. Advise managers on technical questions concerning HR issues such as: eMILPO, MEDPROS, eTOMPIS.

Requirements

  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
