The incumbent serves as the Management Analyst in the Human Capital Management Office, Front Office operations. The incumbent performs a variety of administrative and resources management support activities essential for day-to-day operations across diverse division and functions. Identifies opportunities to gain efficiencies with regard to resources, processes, procedures, and organizational design. Other duties involve enterprise services functions.

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG-12 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility. Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience.
Specialized experience for this GS/GG-13 position includes:
Providing operational and technical advice and consultation to senior leaders and/or highly ranked officials.
Performing analysis and studies which include business process assessments, mapping, documentation and re-engineering designs for an organization's processes and systems.
Use of system functionality, interfaces, data flow and functional architecture to increase efficiency and the economy of Agency functions and operations.
Identifying innovative technologies, organizational process enhancements, and business strategies to enhance management operations.
Trouble-shooting budget and contract problems and conflicts that may arise between and among subordinate operational elements and in dealings with internal/external customers.
Facilitating budget processes which include contracts, space, and resource management, as well as the life cycle of agency-level tasks.
Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:

2. 3.
