You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Capital Improvements Business Line (CIBL) of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.

Duties

You will provide support to Leadership in the overall day-to-day business line management. You will prepare, review, analyze, edit, and consolidate Business Line Resource Allocation plan submissions. You will develop, manage, and monitor the generation of staffing requirements and reporting of Post Award Design Services and Post Construction Award Services, and more. You will support the formulation and distribution of Capital Improvements Products and Services, and monitor, track, and report on CI Business Line use of revenue, outflows, reimbursable orders, request for allotments, etc.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing support to Capital Improvements Leadership in the overall day-to-day Business Line management; 2) Performing in-depth analysis and providing objectively based information to execute all business line operations; 3) Making recommendations on business line decisions involving resource management, workload execution, workforce shaping, and metrics reporting; 4) Analyzing productivity, workload and program accomplishments; and 5) Preparing business analytic reports showing status of business line resources, trend analysis of rates of outflows, comparisons of actual performance to the projected plan and variances as input to the annual/multi-year/long-range planning, and development of annual work plan(s) for the Business Line.
