You will serve as a MISO REACH BACK PLANNER in the MARINE CORPS INFORMATION OPERATIONS CENTER of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will serve as the Military Information Support Operations (MISO) planner and subject matter expert responsible for planning and coordinating MISO and Information Operation Support (MCIOC) command activities in an specific geographical area.
You will review plans to identify expressed missions and responsibilities.
You will lead peer group planning teams to prepare and design various Military Information Support Operations.
You will establish and maintain close and continuous relationships with other parties in the MISO community of interest (e.g. SOCOM, US Army, etc.)
You will review and/or develop rules of engagement and authorities to operate efforts in a prescribed geographical area.
You will review standing operations to plan and prepare revisions and updates through appropriate organizations.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinating, integrating, or synchronizing diverse capabilities to achieve mission requirements; and strategy planning for action items to obtain plans, revisions and required material.
