You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the STAFF SERVICES DEPARTMENT, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR and DEPUTY DIRECTOR MARITIME HQ of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET.

Duties

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Headquarters (HQ) COMPACFLT Combat Support (1C6C) program. You will be responsible for gathering HQ requirements, developing annual projections, tracking execution rates, developing periodic reports, recommending adjustments, and ensuring effective and efficient execution of the program. You will serve as training program manager - planning, executing and tracking training requirements for civilians, military, and contractors. You will serve as primary source on issues regarding contractor personnel management and trusted associate (TA) services to contract employees.

Qualifications

For the GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and conducting studies of program or organizational efficiency, analyzing results or trends, and making recommendations for improvements in work methods or procedures. For the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing or evaluating studies or trends of program or organizational efficiency and making recommendations for improvements in work methods or procedures. Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
