As a Supervisory Program Analyst at the GS-0343-14, you will be part of Retirement Services, Office of Personnel Management. If selected, you will be responsible for providing direction and oversight for a wide range of qualitative and business support operations for Retirement Services.
Duties
Manages the financial and performance reports, high level presentations and a variety of special projects.
Develops and prepares high priority performance and related deliverables to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) covering multiple benefits programs.
Oversees support services that include purchase cards, space, property, telecommunications and other business services functions.
Provides oversight and direction over Retirement Services Continuity of Operations activities and emergency preparedness.
Planning and providing for the training and professional development of staff.
Qualifications
For the GS 14: You must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) which includes:
determining program goals, objectives, and work plans for evaluating the quality and effectiveness of program activities;
leading contract administration activities and/or leading the development of new and existing contracts;
providing data-based input for budget justifications and approvals;
leading project teams, committees, and task forces comprising of agency management and stakeholder groups; and
procuring and/or coordinating equipment, facilities and space for agency management needs
Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F.
One year at the GS-13 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS14 level.
