You will serve as a Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst in the Advanced Traceability and Control Division of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SAN DIEGO.
Duties
You will implement adjustments and changes of work procedures, assignments, and resources to strategize and make necessary corrections to increase production.
You will provide technical supply support information and assistance to worldwide fleet and shore customers and non-government activities related to supply, logistics, material management and requisitioning products and services.
You will identify database and system problems within Electronic Retrograde Management Systems (eRMS) and make corrections/recommendations.
You will identify and anticipate systematic problems that could impact fleet readiness or supply chain.
You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinate employees.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate one year of Supply Systems Analyst specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Apply a working knowledge of the Department of Defense Transportation policy, processes and procedures utilizing Electronic Retrograde Management Systems (eRMS), Electronic Transportation Aquisition (ETA), Financial and Air Clearance Transportation System (FACTS), Government utilized US Banks billing system (Syncada) and US Census Bureau Automated Export System (AES) Direct systems, to provide solutions to customer's transportation, customer service and third-party billing problems. Identifying and anticipating automated systematic problems that could impact fleet readiness or supply chain. I have experience monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of automated supply/financial systems and preparing conclusions, recommendations, and reports. I also have experience leading and/or supervising subordinate employees and giving advice or instruction on work related matters. Examples of specialized experience may include: 1) Providing technical supply support information and assistance to customers related to supply, logistics, and material management; 2) Identifying database and system problems within ERMS and making corrections/recommendations; and 3) Assigning work to subordinate employees based on priorities, difficulty and requirements of the assignment.

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
