You will serve as an Information Technology Specialist (INFOSEC) in the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Headquarters, Supply Chain Technology & Systems Integration, Command Information Office (CIO) Division of NAVAL SUPPLY SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Duties
You will be involved with the development of Navy cyber defense architectures, process, standards, and specifications.
You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the cybersecurity systems engineering processes.
You will assist in the development and maintenance of cyber threat profiles and enterprise risk assessments.
You will collaborate with all NAVSUP and associated organizations on Cybersecurity matters.
You will develop and present briefs intended for senior Navy personnel on technical matters.
You will perform a wide range of technical input and oversight.
You will provide assistance, guidance and mentorship to support and guide contractors and other NAVSUP cybersecurity workforce employees.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector overseeing and managing the dissemination, execution, and management of critical agency and strategic organization IT policies and standards, Cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework principles, organizational strategy, governance, resources and community management while providing direction and guidance to leadership, operational staff, and customers that enables a secure and resilient IT infrastructure. I support the overall IT mission, goals, plans, programs and business processes by developing, directing and evaluating the formulation and implementation of plans, organizational vision, goals and objectives to ensure mission is accomplished in a timely, efficient, and economical manner. Examples of specialized experience may include the following: 1) Assists in the development and maintenance of cyber threat profiles and enterprise risk assessments; 2) Analyzes the benefits and costs to develop recommendations on whether or not to contract work; 3) Provides authoritative advice, direction and subject matter expertise on IT and cybersecurity operations; 4) Performs a wide range of technical input and oversight; and 5) Develop and present briefs intended for senior personnel on technical matters. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
