You will serve as a SENIOR OFFICE MANAGER in the COMPTROLLER GROUP of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will provide guidance and feedback to originating office manager to correct errors.
You will assist others with travel assistance, and scheduling and coordinating meetings including meetings that involve coordinating shuttle schedules and locations at both Weapons Division sites (Point Mugu and China Lake).
You will make all necessary travel arrangements or changes in the Defense Travel System (DTS) for the Director and staff.
You will coordinate itineraries to ensure orderly flow and maximum time utilization, check for last minute changes, and provide all meeting information, read-ahead, and itineraries prior to departure.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-5/6) or pay band (DG-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Processing travel documents (including orders and vouchers) through travel systems, such as the Defense Travel System (DTS); 2) Assisting with supporting new hire coordination, such as badging paperwork, credentials, etc.; 3) Contributing to writing memos in accordance with agency guidelines (e.g., Naval Correspondence Manual).
